The Role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Activities
1. New business generation – Follow up with all line managers on a weekly basis to determine and discuss new positions.
2. Deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls
3. Hiring Manager visits – new and service – identify and follow up on new positions
4. Write and place advertisements in newspapers and on websites to market all positions available and create brand awareness of ACC.
Client Management
1. Serve ACC Hiring Managers and Divisions, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of filling jobs
2. Qualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job description – check info / client requirements in line with key processes and requirements of company (ACC) and Hiring Manager.
3. Gather info on projects – decision makers and no of employees currently on projects.
4. Network internally with Hiring Manager and externally with new applicants.
5. Benchmark for Hiring Managers – salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity
6. Write and Place advertisements in newspapers and on website – ACC Brand Development.
Candidate Management
1. Candidate control – keep in regular contact to review progress and performance
2. Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews
3. Coach candidates on interview skills, ACC Operations and process of recruitment.
4. Manage applicant availability to meet client needs
5. Spec CVs / Market candidates, Search / Shortlist CVs in line with job order request, Ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of the Hiring Manager requests
6. Provide information to candidates on Hiring Manager and job specifications for jobs
Other
1. Administration duties including; sourcing of resumes, selecting the right applicants, identification and checks, verification of qualifications, obtaining qualifications, resumes, reference checking
2. Any other duties as required |
Requirements
1. Must be able to handle high volume recruitment process.
2. Must have 3+years experience in recruitment
3. Must be able to speak Arabic and English
4. Must have a background in recruitment, dealing with Construction or Engineering Recruitment
