Brief Description: 
The jobs in this level are responsible for assisting a team of technicians undertaking QA work. They will be involved in a full range of Quality responsibilities.

• Qualifications needed – Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Years of experience + 4 years
• Skills

Proficient data collection & analysis

1. Proficient Quality awareness 
2. Proficient English language 
3. Basic planning & organizing 
4. Basic negotiation skills 
5. proficient policies & procedures awareness 
6. Basic reporting

• Industry Knowledge required construction
• Background needed experience in bridge – KSA MOT
• Any other special skills AASHTO or ACI code.
