Brief Description:
The jobs in this level are responsible for conducting more complex planning activities and developing project plans and schedules to complete work in a timely and cost effective manner which meets contractual requirements. The job holders are responsible for creative solutions generation to solve construction schedule issues and forecasting delays to plans
- Qualifications needed Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, civil )
- Years of experience + 6 years
- Skills Proficient business acumen – Proficient data collection & analysis – Proficient financial awareness – Proficient English language- Advanced planning & organizing – Proficient policies & procedures awareness – Proficient reporting – Proficient technological ability – Proficient writing skills – Proficient engineering principles knowledge Proficient engineering project costing
- Industry Knowledge required construction
- Background needed planning on contractor site – bridge & earth work
- Any other special skills extensive experience in primavera P6 soft ware
